Leonardo da Vinci and Azerbaijan
|
Luis Buff Parry, ALACS Public Relations Director, is an experienced cryptologist, who is studying also a secret mission of Leonardo da Vinci in Turkey. It came to Buff's attention, that Leonardo also visited Azerbaijan, and, particularly, fire temples near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Finding this event very interesting, on April 26th 2008, ALACS organized a seminar on a secret mission of Leonardo in Turkey and Azerbaijan. The seminar was a huge success and had led under supervision of Buff to a development of an international project. At present, the filmmakers from USA, Turkey and in near future from Azerbaijan, as well as scholars from Canada, Italy and Turkey are interested in making a documentary, which will also link Leonardo to Azerbaijan. ALACS participates in this project by supporting the future documentary through cultural engagement with Azerbaijani officials. |
