Provided below is the Alberta Azerbaijani Cultural Society's Membership Form (MF).
In order to become an ALACS member, one shall fill out the ALACS MF and hand it to one of the ALACS officers or to email it to info@alacs.biz. Membership fees shall be paid as indicated in ALACS bylaws.
The ALACS membership terms and conditions are listed in the ALACS bylaws. Please, note, by signing this form, you agree with ALACS bylaws. We therefore encourage all interested to read the ALACS bylaws.

*There
are several advantages of becoming a member of ALACS:1) Members are not
responsible for Society debts (under Society Act);
2) All members of
ALACS have equal rights to give their votes in related decision making issues
within ALACS;
3) Only Members of ALACS will receive annual report on financial
activities of ALACS.
**ALACS
Membership Fee (MF) is paid annually and will be used for various activities of
ALACS. All present members have to pay
MF in January of each year. New members
have to pay MF within 3 weeks upon submitting the application. New memberships
paid
after October 15th are carried for the following year.
