Mission |
Alberta welcomes various immigrant communities to introduce their cultural heritage. This helped to establish a multicultural community and became one of the advantages of living in Alberta. It also helps newcomers to pass up a cultural shock and learn more about other cultures. It is not wonder therefore that Canada is known as the most successful workshop for studies on human sciences. |
Alberta Azerbaijani Cultural Society (ALACS) is an independent, non profit and non political Cultural Community, which has been built to establish cultural bridges between Canadians and Azerbaijanis in Canadian Society.

Our mission consists of two major parts: 1) For Canadian Society:
2) For Azerbaijani Society:

It is worth mentioning that ALACS - deeply believes in and supports Human Rights and will always cooperate with various human right organizations - supports various environmental activities and will assist environmental organizations in related issues - will participate in cultural life of Alberta. |
